Our main office is situated in the centre of the city at 2a King Street,
Stirling. Three of our five partners are based in this office.
Our Senior Partner, Brian Herbertson’s main areas of expertise include
residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leasing, estate/tax
planning and executry administration. Brian was recently appointed as an
Honorary Sheriff for the Sheriffdom of Tayside Central and Fife.
Ian McCulloch’s primary fields comprise commercial conveyancing and
leasing, commercial contracts, civil litigation and family law. Ian is
also a member of the Family Law Association.
John McGhee’s principal areas of expertise are residential and
commercial conveyancing (which include extensive experience in advising
major house builders with regard to their developments and also related
security work), commercial leasing and wills and executry
administration.
The Stirling partners are supported by, Mrs Lesley Mackie, a full time
solicitor, who has a wealth of experience in residential and commercial
conveyancing, residential leasing and estate planning. All solicitors
are also Notaries Public.
The team in Stirling is complemented by a fully qualified paralegal –
Mrs Kim Graham - in residential conveyancing (including residential
leasing and property management) and wills and executry administration.
In our Property Department the Property Manager – Mrs Sarah Leanney –
has over ten years professional experience selling and leasing homes in
the central belt and is ably assisted by Mrs Linda Burns and Mrs Carol
McEwan.
Finally the team in Stirling is completed by a number of support
personnel including secretarial, administration and reception staff.
